Chris Williams born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia has been an agent since 2009. Before turning to Real Estate full time in 2016, Chris worked as an Estimator and General Manager with one of the world’s largest restoration company.  As a leader in the restoration industry for over 15 years, Chris can quickly identify potential issues with any home or office space.  With his background in restoration, Chris brings construction knowledge in fire, water, wind, and mold remediation. He thoroughly understands the dynamics of selling and buying a home and is an entrepreneur at heart. He is passionate for helping families build new opportunities. His wife is an Independent Educational Consultant with Williams Educational Consultants and his three sons attend a private school in Kennesaw, Georgia. Tiffany has lived in metro-Atlanta for over 18 years, and truly enjoys helping lead and guide her clients to find their perfect home. Shannon Anderson was originally licensed in 1990 and has been an active agent for the past 5 years.  In 1990,  one of her greatest accomplishments was selling her first house which was located in Buckhead to a longtime friend. She has also owned (4) manufacturing facilities where she sold her manufactured products to every Home Depot in the world and also Lowe’s. Shannon trained and ran her first half marathon when she turned 50 and plans to run her first full marathon by the time she turns  Shannon gives her clients excellent customer service during and after buying and selling their home. She feels that in order to be the best realtor she must go above and beyond what the client expects.

Jon is an Atlanta native, and grew up in Gwinnett County.  Jon has been in real estate since June of 2018.  Coming from a restaurant management background Jon prides himself in being detailed oriented, having top notch communication, and bringing the best customer service he possibly can.  Jon helps buyers, sellers, and renters from Metro Atlanta all the way to Athens.  Jon was Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Roswell Office’s Rookie of The Year in 2019. Jon enjoys being outdoors; either hiking, fishing, or simply being in the woods. Tim has been local to Georgia since Christmas of 2007. He is a product of the great Gwinnett County School System. Majoring in Psychology at Valdosta State University, he has a high attention to detail when it comes to finding the right home for each of his clients. Now, a Gainesville local, he helps open doors for buyers, sellers, renters, and investors alike. Tim has a background in Bartending and the broader liquor industry founding his love for being social. Outside of the office, you can find Tim training in Martial Arts during the week or sprinting down a Rugby Field on Saturdays. He loves his dog and cats, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with old friends.

Jeris is an Atlanta native, born and raised in Sandy Springs. She joined Coldwell Banker/Peachtree Property group in 2021. Jeris provides stellar service to her clients while building strong and trusting relationships with each one. She is a current resident of Roswell and has grown deep roots in the community and local businesses, promoting the city of Roswell through her work with the city’s Visitors Bureau. Between her active involvement in Roswell and living in different areas of Atlanta her whole life, Jeris has an expansive network throughout various parts of the city. Before becoming a Realtor, Jeris had multiple entrepreneurial endeavors – she was a founding partner of a music venue/bar in downtown Roswell, which further expanded her network within the community. She also has a background in Neuropsychology. Her educational experience, personal connections, and community outreach enable her to help people achieve higher success and happiness in life.
